Thanks for yr good suggestion.
My treatment plan was to remove 38 when implanting 36. But the customer was reluctant to have the tooth extracted.
My view is that there is no need to do autogenous graft for 36 because the result would be similar with or without autogenous graft. The best result would have been achieved if I had placed the implant 1-2mm deeper.

确实技工没有把牙齿做得更好；颊侧也有部分骨质缺少，但我们可以看到在有慢性炎症的后牙残根同样可以即刻种植，愈后结果是一样的。病人少受一次手术，更快修复完成。
