术前拍摄患牙的颜色特征以及切端透明程度
戴冠当日拍片, 切端通透感,形态颜色均与左上2比较匹配
瓷冠粘结后马先生非常满意，觉得很逼真

| 不错，只是不知道当时为什么没考虑整体牙周的问题，那样照片一定会更好。颈缘可能是刚完成修复，不是很自然。 |

上2rct后，再做全瓷，如果预备量足够的话，牙体组织剩的就不多了，特别是颈部，打纤维桩增强十分必要，而且纤维桩较金属桩更为安全、美观 |

 看不懂的别上来乱说，做的很好了，牙齿保护好了，形态恢复了，针对上面部分问题我说说，
1：有必要做冠么？根管治疗后的牙齿都有必要做冠来保护好，更何况是前牙，这么简单的道理还用问么？
2：仔细看好照片，牙齿修复前和修复后的形态，就知道有没有和左2对称了。
能去爱雅仕的患者大多是要求比较刻薄的，也很挑剔，可以说人家就是要求完美才去的，要不的话在地摊上就处理了。
有机会去人家门诊看看人家那的设备和器械，就知道为什么做大做好了。 |

i don't belive photos too much, just think about the wedding photos, every girl can look like a pop star.
because of the light, photo can mask quite a lot of pitfalls.
what we see through our naked eyes is often at least a little bit different from what we see in a photo.
certainly, i am not criticising this photo or this case, just personal expeience.

郭医生设计全冠的出发点是：封闭开髓孔，预防牙齿劈裂，解决牙齿杀髓后的变色。
i think it is very rare for an anterior tooth to get split after root canal treatment,apart from that, the tooth colour prior to treatment was very nice, i suspect that the tooth would become darker in several years, so, if color can be changed 10 years after a perfect root canal treatment, why do you bother to prepare the tooth for a ceramic now?
it is also a trauma for a tooth to get the ceramic tooth preparation without right indication to support this case.
a anterior tooth can get much fragile only after treatment and the condition get worse because of the removal of plenty of tooth for preparation.
this case was done more commercially than medically, photos can't demonstrate 100% real effect of the resoration due to the difference between reflection on the photos and in human eyes.
only personal view, hope you don;t mind. |

我第一眼居然没有看出哪个是假牙？！
有人说做和不做一样；
有人说做了防止日后死髓牙变色；
有人说做贴面比冠合适，损伤小；
有人说什么也别做，将来内漂白效果就很好。
糊涂了。
